Open Residencia Yotsuya 3-chome

The site is located in a quiet and calm residential area, one step from Yotsuya Sanchome on Shinjuku Street. The site is bordered by Monzen-dori Street, which has remained since the Edo period, and is a land with a deep history that conjures up images of a lively atmosphere. Tracing the land reveals the life of the past and the future of the future. The theme of the design this time was "A residence of longevity that traces history". The characteristic shape of the site makes it impossible to see the whole picture of the building layout, but we thought to give special attention to the approach area. The building's base is made of massive granite stones, which give the impression of 'layers of history', and the ice-topped wall guides the eye and contrasts with the horizontal lines of the upper storeys.
